Screen Printing

This week for my Introduction to Printmaking class, I completed my printmaking project. Here are some images from throughout the process.

As you can see, we used Contact paper to create the stencils for our designs, then printed in several layers. Overall, it was great introduction to screen printing, but I am eager to learn more about photo exposing screens for printing. With that technique, you can print extremely detailed images. We used that process when printing t-shirts in class, and I will upload a photo when I get a chance so you can see the difference.
